Do you happen to have a doctor? How about a Dentist? Perhaps a lawyer? Maybe a real estate agent? Or even a "Mr. Fix It guy".
If you answered yes to any of these things my next question is: Why don't you shop each of them every time you go there? Do you trust them? Do you believe they will take care of you? The answer is of course YES! Doctors, Dentists, Lawyers and the list goes on and on with people you consider to be "friends" and if you saw them walking down the street there would be a good chance at a decent conversation and a friendly interaction.
These people all have the same things in common, they are needed! And most importantly it is a great feeling of security to be able to go to them without any worry about how you will be treated. You KNOW that you will get the answers you went looking for and you value their opinion. With all these needed people its very strange to me that 90 - 95 % of all car buyers do NOT have a professional sales person whom they can go to and trust, and if they did, they still may shop around because of the business. Why is that?!
Let me answer: Because most automobile sales people are not professionals! They do not care about the person they have in front of them, all they are really concerned about is the money. Not making a friend, not providing a great buying experience for their customers, they are only concerned with the bottom line. So why would people stay loyal to someone like that? Some have been lied to, treated unfairly, told stories and I have even heard old stories of people's keys being thrown onto the roof of a building because the customer wouldn't buy the car... YIKES! It makes more sense NOW, now doesn't it?
With all this bad mojo in the car world it is easy to see why loyalty is not high, and with the fierceness of competition you can pick up and leave because there is a good chance another dealership is right around the corner. What is this all leading to you wonder??

My goal is to satisfy all your wants and needs and to make sure when you leave, that you have ALL the information you came to get. Also that the experience of buying this vehicle was the best and one that you can feel good about! Sound too cheesy? Its not! I am concerned! I want to know why you are here, and I want to know what I can do to make you 100% satisfied. I want you to have a friend in the business that you can trust and I want you as a lifelong friend. This benefits both of us because I make a friend and you not only make a friend, but now like a DOCTOR, DENTIST and so on, you have someone you can rely on to help you make these tough choices.
Car buying is the 2nd most important buying choice you make, outside of buying a house. It gets you to your job, it keeps your family safe and secure, and sometimes it gives you the thrill of "The Drive". So stop leaving it up to chance! Stop driving to those mountains of salespeople waiting outside the door with foam coming from their mouth! Come see a true professional! Someone who wants the same things you want! A nice car, easily bought, and takes minimal amounts of time out of your day. Someone who truly cares and will care for the rest of your life, and your families life! Given the opportunity, I know we can be FRIENDS :) Thanks for reading
